Buy Search Fees
*Registration fees for a Buy Search: £1500.00
When you've successfully bought your home a Success Fee of 1% of the Purchase Price of your new home is charged, on exchange of contracts. (or a pre-agreed fixed fee)
Registration fees are deductable from the Success Fee.
